“If It Hadn’t Been For Sony, We Wouldn’t Be Where We Are Now” Says Insomniac

Insomniac Games have been friends with Sony for a long time now, dating back to the days of PSone.  But recently, the company broke exclusive titles, and opted to partner with EA instead to release a new IP, one that they own and PS3 and Xbox 360.

It's the first time the lauded developer will be doing a game that will be released on Microsoft's Xbox 360, but before they do that, Ted Price remembers where he came from, and how Sony helped them along the way.
“I love the fact that we at Insomniac control our won destiny,” Price told the latest issue of EGM (via GamesThirst), “of course we are reliant on our partners and if it hadn’t been for Sony, we wouldn’t be where we are now.”
“By staying independent, we make the calls on what games we’re making, we take calculated risks, but we always understand what’s at stake. It’s an exciting place to be when you are in control of your own destiny.”
Ted Price and the Insomniac gang has always been classy people.  Here's to hoping their next game wins.
